Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start an Exchange

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Exchanges Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange. If approved, you may choose a replacement item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are accepted within the 30-day window.
