Studio Fleece

Fleece is a knit fabric with a raised, soft surface on the interior. It's primarily used for sweatshirts, hoodies, and outerwear. Studio Fleece is COZY's proprietary version: a high-GSM cotton-polyester knit with a raised inside that is built into the construction, not applied as a coating.

Studio Fleece is a cotton-polyester blend, knit at a high GSM. The interior surface is raised during finishing to produce a super-soft feel against the skin. Made entirely in-house in Karachi.

Studio Fleece is heavier. It has a raised, brushed interior and a higher GSM, making it the warmer of the two. Studio Terry uses a loopback construction with an unraised inside, lighter and better suited to mild conditions or layering. Both are made in-house.

Yes. The high GSM and soft raised interior suit oversized and relaxed cuts particularly well, which is how most of our women's Studio Fleece pieces are designed.

Yes. The weight and structure mean men's pieces hold their shape and drape cleanly, even in a heavyweight cut.

Yes. The raised interior is a structural finish, not a coating. It won't flatten or harden with normal care. Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry.

Most fleece on the market is a lightweight, cost-optimised fabric. Studio Fleece is produced at a higher GSM with a deliberately raised interior, made in-house in Karachi, finished to a consistent standard across every roll. Weight and softness are the two things most fleece compromises on. Ours doesn't.

Cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry where possible. Avoid fabric softeners as they coat the raised fibres and reduce softness over time.
