Collection: COZY x Pixel Stitch: Hand Embroidered Tees

An embroidered t-shirt can be stitched by a machine or by hand. A hand embroidery t-shirt is stitched by a person, with a needle and thread. The COZY x Pixel Stitch tees use cross stitch, where every stitch is a small X that fills one square on a grid. Because each piece is worked by hand, thread colour can vary slightly from one tee to the next.

There are two. The Sardines & Lemon Tee in sky blue has a printed sardine tin on the chest, with a lemon slice and wedge stitched beside it. The Summer on the Inside Tee in butter yellow has a printed beach scene on the back, with stitched flip-flops. Our designer drew both, and Pixel Stitch mapped the stitched parts onto a grid in blue, orange, white and lemon yellow.

Every stitched detail is worked by hand by a Pixel Stitch artisan, one tee at a time. That takes far longer than printing, so we made 40 pieces across both designs. The collection will not be restocked once they sell.

Very close. The print is the same on every tee, and the stitching follows the same grid pattern each time. Thread colour can shift slightly from one tee to the next because each piece is stitched by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

On cozybynk.com. The COZY x Pixel Stitch collection has two hand embroidered tees, both cut and sewn in Karachi from 220 GSM COZY Cotton, which does not shrink. Hand stitching takes time, so only 40 pieces were made, and the collection will not be restocked.
